Founded in 2023 by AutoAlex, ShedFest has grown to become the UK's largest annual celebration of real world cars and the people who love them. Expect high mileage heroes, project cars, classics, retro icons, race cars, bikes and the odd supercar spread throughout the show.
ShedFest isn't just about the cars, get to hear from some of your favourite YouTubers with live stage action, grab some top quality food and drink and bring the family along as we'll have a funfair and a dedicated Family Pit Stop area, all designed to make it a relaxed, full day out.
And in 2026, ShedFest will also have live track action for the first time, on the internal sprint course at Bolesworth. Catch some crazy machines in action and if you want to get involved, submit an application and you could be accepted to take part!
On 4th May 2023, ShedFest was born. Machines of all shapes and sizes packed the British Motor Museum and what a day! A 5,000 person sell-out proved there was real hunger for an AutoAlex show.
For 2024, we moved to Mallory Park to make the show more central and grow capacity. There was even more to see and do however, unforeseen traffic management issues meant the experience getting in was not what we wanted, and we committed that those problems would never be repeated. Who knew sheds could be so popular?!
In 2025 Shedfest headed to the iconic Goodwood Motor Circuit. A venue that really matched the ambition of the show and thousands of you turned up, with more than 750 show cars on site, and Shedfest started to feel like a fixture on the UK car show calendar.
In 2026, Shedfest moves north to Bolesworth Castle in Cheshire. Set in stunning grounds with a mix of hard standing, paddocks and arenas, Bolesworth marks the start of a new chapter for Shedfest, introducing live track action for the first time with a sprint course that giving owners the chance to show off their builds and make a bit of tyre smoke in the process! Combined with upgraded food, family and entertainment areas, 2026 is truly the start of a new era for Shedfest.
